FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions:

I received one poster, but not the others, why didn't I receive the others?

Our posters are fulfilled by Amazon as they have an awesome fulfillment system. But, they have 100's of warehouses across the USA. So, our posters are in 100's of locations. Due to distance, inventory, etc our products may arrive at different times if you order more than one. Please give it a few more days and they will arrive. If they don't, contact us and we'll take care of it.

How long does it take to get my order?
Delivery usually takes 3-5 days. Large orders may take an extra day or two.

Do you ship/post internationally?
We now have five posters and eight decks in amazon.co.uk. Check them out here. They will ship from there to their neighboring countries. We are adding to that library as we are able.

Otherwise, no. Most international shipping simply costs far too much to ship internationally.

How can I hang the posters without damaging them?
1. Use command strips from 3M, which can be taken down later & don't damage your wall.

2. Clip the poster with binder clips on and hang the posters push-pins inserted into the holes in the binder clips.

3. Use poster frames or poster rails. We cannot 100% recommend a frame or poster rails as we haven't personally purchased and tested any for the posters. Consider shopping on amazon.com and search "20x30 frame". Then look for styles you prefer, read through the reviews to make sure the frame isn't poorly made.

How do I get my poster to lay flat?
Roll the poster out illustrated side down in the sun for a day or two. Place a towel on the poster and iron lightly on medium heat.

We live in a country you don't currently ship to can we purchase a pdf to print ourselves?
No. Our posters are often the target of copycats and forgery. The high-resolution files are our intellectual property that we need to protect. Thus, we don't distribute digital files for printing.

Can I take a photo of your product, add my logo and sell it at my gym/online store/etc.?
No. That is copyright infringement and we will pursue you to the letter of the law. We will wholesale a minimum of approx. 25 units at a steep discount which you may bundle your products with as you wish. Message us for details.

May we print your Pinterest boards for working out?
Our Pinterest posts are available for use however they like as long as you don’t redistribute or profit from it.

Will you design custom workout products, decks posters, books for us?
No. We are not taking on any custom design projects on at this time.

Do you wholesale your products
We would need a fairly large order to consider wholesaling. At least 100 units. Message us to discuss costs. We will not, however, allow other sellers of our products on amazon.com

What size Stability Ball should I choose?
We suggest if you are 5 feet, 5 inches or under, to select a 55 cm ball. If you are between 5 feet, 6 inches and 6 feet, 2 inches, select a 65 cm ball. If your height exceeds 6 feet, 2 inches tall, opt for a 75 cm ball.

No. We will, however, wholesale a minimum of 20 posters to you at a steep discount if you wish to bundle our products with yours for your gym, etc.

How many reps and sets do I perform for each exercise on the poster? How often per week?

15 repetitions & 3 sets (of 15 repetitions) is a great place to start. Things like planks start off for 30-45 seconds and continue to work your way up. 3-4 workouts a week for 45mn and you will feel better, have more energy & look better over the course of 3-4 weeks. You'll want to keep track of what you did to see your progression and know how to challenge yourself in the future.

Will you sell products to Public Schools & Universities?
Yes, of course. Contact us through the contact page if you need a PO or have any specific questions.

What if I cannot do some of the exercises due to my current weight/fitness level?
Do what exercises you can, work towards the harder ones. Do push-ups on your knees or at an incline. Squat only as far down as you can as you increase your flexibility.

If weight is an issue, you'll want to focus on burning calories more than gaining muscle. Things like stair climbers, box jumps, burpees, mountain climbers, kettlebell swings, planks & squats are much better for burning calories. Think intensity, if it makes you sweat more than other exercises do, you are burning more calories. And as you begin to lose weight, things like push-ups become easier.

What are free weights?
A weight, such as a dumbbell or barbell, that is not attached to another structural device and is raised and lowered by the use of the hands and arms.

Do you give discounts or free products in exchange for reviews?
No. We are only seeking non-solicited reviews at this time.

Do you give products away for my special causes, volunteer work, poor college student etc?
We do not as we find it is difficult to determine over the internet if it is a legit need or not. We prefer to give to causes of our choosing.
